Join Best Skin Clinic in Calgary as our Clinic Manager / Operations Lead, where you oversee daily operations, support our clinical and front-desk teams, and help shape the next stage of our clinic’s growth.

Our team of nurses, aestheticians, and skincare professionals provide personalized treatments, from Botox and fillers to laser rejuvenation and customized facials, all designed to help clients look and feel their best.

We take pride in maintaining a professional, welcoming space where every detail matters, from how clients are greeted to how their treatment plans are managed.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflows across all departments.
  • Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and client flow to maintain efficiency and consistency.
  • Support practitioners by ensuring treatment rooms are fully prepared, organized, and compliant with protocols.
  • Lead front-of-house operations, including client bookings, inquiries, and checkouts.
  • Uphold and refine clinic procedures, safety standards, and client service protocols.
  • Track and report on key operational and performance metrics.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize client experience and team performance.
  • Manage onboarding and training for new staff, reinforcing Best Skin Clinic’s service standards.
  • Collaborate with ownership and clinical leads on marketing, events, and growth initiatives.
  • Utilize Jane and other digital platforms to streamline scheduling, charting, and reporting.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in clinic or spa management, preferably within medical aesthetics or healthcare.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Confident using technology and clinic management software (experience with Jane preferred).
  • Professional presence with a client-first attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and ensure a positive, smooth client journey.
  • Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and continuous professional growth.
